After being raised in New England, Kristin spent a year in Australia and traveled throughout the U.S., Europe, and Ecuador. She discovered and embraced Seattle, moving here in 1993. She’s lived in diverse neighborhoods across the city and has a deep understanding of Seattle’s culture, communities and housing markets.

In her work as a Realtor, Kristin applies the calm-under-pressure approach she honed as a restaurant owner, massage therapist and birth doula where she specialized in helping clients recover from trauma. Kristin’s knack for anticipating the needs of her clients builds the trust-based relationships real estate clients deserve.

Kristin loves to hike, garden and travel (most recently to Japan). Her favorite afternoon ends with a relaxing sauna or cold plunge after walking new neighborhoods with her sweetheart and dog Scout.
